If you've ever been curious about the crazy annual celebration called Carnaval, how the samba schools

prepare the costumes, the floats, the music... how the famed dancers dance that sexy samba, then this tour is for you.  We partner with two of the most famous Samba Schools in Rio: Mangeuira and Grande Rio. 

The schools present how this world wonder all started, a history rich & interesting for all ages to personally experience.

We will visit a place called "City of Samba" where many samba schools have enormous studios and work meticulously to produce Carnaval (its where the magic starts!).  The experience includes costume dressing (get ready for those selfies!), history lesson of the dance and evolution of the festival, a samba dance show, and much more.  Of course, a complementary caipirinha is included to get the fun started!  But even before this party starts, you'll be cruising the coastlines of Rio, along the bay with awesome views of Sugarloaf mountain & the Christ Statue.  Your panoramic tour continues through the historic city center, where you catch views of the centuries old churches, historic buildings, plazas, and the like.  The tour ends with a drive through the Sambódromo (the official open stadium where the Carnaval action happens each year!) and a drive past the Maracana Stadium.
